FREE entry for young Farmers Challenge, Young Woman Competition & Dog High Jump Entries.

Removal Of Exhibits

NOTE: The pavilion will be closed from 3pm Saturday and will reopen at 4pm for removal of exhibits Exhibits may only be removed between 4pm & 5pm on Saturday and then only with the consent of the chief Steward. Please present your Exhibitor Card. All prize money to be collected from the Section Steward in the Pavilion on Saturday after 4pm and must be signed for. Prizemoney not collected by 1pm Sunday 8th will be forfeited unless prior arrangement has been made with the Secretary. Those exhibits not removed on Saturday must be picked up from the Secretary’s Office on Sunday 10am-1pm unless prior arrangements are made with the SECRETARY THIS REGULATION IS AIMED AT PROTECTING EXHIBITS
