Competitor Entry 2025
Adults – $1 per entry for all pavilion classes, sheep and poultry
Juniors (5-17yo) – 50c per entry for all pavilion classes, sheep & poultry
$5 per class for showjumping and ring events
FREE entry for Dog High Jump entries
Assistance
The Secretary’s office will be open at times to purchase gate tickets and to assist with online entries

Tuesday 7th October 10am – 4pm
Wednesday 8th October 10am – 4pm
Thursday 9th October 10am – 6pm
Friday 10th October 8am – 6pm
Saturday 11th October 9am – 5pm
Sunday 12th October 11am – 1pm
Removal of Exhibits
The pavilion will be closed from 3pm Saturday and will reopen at 4pm for removal of exhibits. Exhibits may only be removed between 4pm & 5pm on Saturday and then only with the consent of the chief Steward. Please present your Exhibitor Card.
All prize money may be collected from the Secretary’s office after 4pm on Friday 10th. Prize money not collected by 1pm Sunday 12th will be forfeited unless prior arrangement has been made with the Secretary. Those exhibits not removed on Saturday must be picked up from the Secretary’s Office on Sunday 11am-1pm unless prior arrangements are made with the SECRETARY.
